Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and no-shows are non-refundable. If H Academy must cancel a session, families may reschedule or receive a refund. Please arrive on time so students can receive their full scheduled session.
